Summer Gymnastics TEAM Camp! July 7th (Mon), 9th (Wed), 14th (Mon), & 16th (Wed) from 9am-1pm FREE early drop-off at 8:30am! A typical camp day will be as follows:  Time Activity  8:30-9:05am Kids dropped off, supervised free-time  9:05-9:30am Stretching/Drills  9:30-11:00am Instructed Gymnastics  11:00-11:15 Snack Break (bring snack from home)  11:15-12:45pm Instructed Gymnastics  12:45-1:00pm Strength and Conditioning games This will be a more advanced camp for preteam and team levels 4-7. The camp will be hard-work, but the kids will also get to try alot of new skills and get out of the daily grind of their regular session workouts. Also, with the extended workout time and consistency of 3 days in a row they will build strength and confidence in skills they may be struggling with! The price is $109 for all 4 days (16 hours of camp + 2 hrs of free-time) or you can choose to come only certain days at $35 each day. Our standard 10% sibling discount will be available.
